PPP Survey Research Group of China Association of Construction on Enterprise Management Visited CNQC
On June 23, the vice chairman of China Association of Construction on Enterprise Management Li Qingxu came to the headquarters of CNQC to carry out the survey and research on PPP project. Qingdao Construction Industry Association organized six Qingdao construction enterprises to hold a meeting in the meeting room on the floor 25 of the headquarters of the Group and receive the members of the survey and research group. The chairman of the Qingdao Construction Industry Association Ding Hongbin, the deputy secretary general of Qingdao Construction Industry Association Cai Qiang, the director of the PPP research center of Zhongyifeng Construction Group Mo Lvqun and representatives of every enterprise attended the meeting.
Ding Hongbin expressed the warm welcome to the coming of Li Qingxu and other persons and communicated with the members of PPP survey and research team on the development ideas in the PPP field. CNQC, Zhongqi Jiaojian, the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Elink Group, Qingdao Jianan Group and Qingdao Bohai Construction Group etc. introduced the process situation of their own PPP project in succession. Li Qingxu asked about the experience, difficulties, and solutions of every enterprise in detail. He expressed that the construction industry is entering a new development phase; confronted with the economic downturn, the local enterprise should enter the PPP field selectively, prepare the exiting channel in advance, focus on improving the professional operation capacity and achieve the diversification of the driving forces for the enterprise's development. And the persons attending the meeting explored the operation mode and various kinds of risks of the PPP project in a deep-going way.
