CNQC Jinan Branch Won the Bid for Three Times in Succession
Recently, CNQC Jinan Branch won the bid for Decheng Mingjun Housing Estate Project, which is the third good news of Jinan Branch since April. Jinan Branch has won the bid for the Factory Construction Project of Shandong Keyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Jinan Shengfu Village Fire Station Project successively before. The accumulated costs of these two projects were about RMB 0.16 billion yuan.
Winning the bid for Decheng Mingjun Housing Estate Project will make Jinan Branch become a leader of the EPC mode in regional markets in Jinan. The Decheng Mingjun Housing Estate Project is financed and constructed by Shandong General Sanming Real Estate Co., Ltd. Its total building area is about 67500m2 and total investment amount is about RMB 0.33 billion yuan. Jinan Branch is responsible for design, procurement, general construction contracting of this project; Factory Construction Project of Shandong Keyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Jinan Shengfu Village Fire Station Project have realized Jinan Branch’s new breakthrough in cooperation projects with enterprises and governments, which laid a foundation for Jinan to expand regional markets further.
