CNQC (South Pacific) Won the Singapore Construction Excellence Award (Merit) again
On May 26, 2016 Singapore BCA Construction Excellent Award (Merit) was held in Resorts World Sentosa. The Ningju Apartment Project, constructed by CNQC (Singapore) Co., Ltd. and developed by CNQC Real Estate (Serangoon) Co., Ltd. won the Construction Excellent Award (Merit).
Ningju Apartment Project, including 219 suits of residential units, is the first private apartment project which is developed and contracted by CNQC (South Pacific) by means of CNQC brand. The project team uses the innovative thinking to overcome the construction challenges and performs well in aspects of technology and quality, so the Conquas mark reaches up to 95.4, which is 6.9 higher than the average Conquas mark issued by BCA in 2015. In addition, the Project also won the Quality Mark Certificate.
The Construction Excellent Award (Merit) is the highest honour in the Singapore construction field. The award-winning Projects must reach the extremely high level in aspects of management, technology, innovation, productivity and quality of construction. The Construction Excellent Award (Merit) includes two levels, namely Award and Merit. CNQC (South Pacific) has won 6 awards with different levels of the Construction Excellent Award (Merit) so far.
